Is Shopping On Your Site Safe?

Yes! Our web site uses up-to-date SSL technology to encrypt your order information as it is transmitted to us so only we can see it. We don't sell your information to anyone else. We will only use it to contact you about your order. Our server is regularly scanned for potential security threats by Beyond Security to keep hackers out.

To further protect you, we don't collect and store your credit card information (card number, expiration date, etc.) on our own servers or in our own database. Instead, we use the services of PayPal, which is the most popular payment processor on the Internet. When you pay for your order with us, you are actually forwarded to the PayPal web site to make your payment.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

Credit Cards We take credit card payments using VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also take payments via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to use your credit card. You can also opt for the "Bill Me Later" option which extends instant credit to you for the amount of your order. If you do have a PayPal account you can pay with a bank transfer, or eCheck in addition to credit cards. The amount of your payment is charged immediately when you place your order. If a refund or adjustment is necessary, we submit a credit to your PayPal and/or credit card account.

How Do You Ship And When Will My Order Go Out?

We ship using major carriers like UPS, FedEx and USPS. Ground, 3 Business Day Service, 2 Business Day Service and Next Business Day Service are all available within the Continental United States. Since our products ship from many different locations around the USA, we cannot always guarantee which carrier will be used for your order, except for when you choose USPS Priority Mail service for PO Boxes, Military Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Provinces.

We ship to Canada via UPS Standard, or USPS Priority Mail International. International shipping via multiple carriers is also available for all other countries.

If everything is in stock, we ship the same day or the next business day after you place your order, depending on the time of day. Some items are shipped from distributors that take 2-3 business days to go out as indicated on our site. We do our best to get expedited orders shipped as quickly as possible. If an item on your order isn't in stock, we will contact you and let you know how soon we will get the item in and when you can expect your shipment.

Can I Return My Order For A Refund?
