This package consists of the PRV415 stereo, two 6125M waterproof speakers, one 1050M waterproof subwoofer, USB extension, RGB light controller and soft wire AM/FM antenna.

No CD player in this unit, but it more than compensates with versatile connectivity to digital devices.
