This unit is a marine stereo because it has conformal coated circuit boards and face plate that protect against corrosion in a humid marine environment. it is not completely waterproof, however, so we recommend using a cover if you think it will get wet.

Bluetooth is spotty, comes in and out if blocked by anything on the boat.

Work like a champ! Big up grade from the original that came withy boat. Fit like a glove all wiring matched existing. Installed in about an hour. Sounds great? I would and am recommending this product to others!
