Description

This stereo plays standard audio CDs and also CDs burned with MP3 or WMA digital music files. It has RCA aux audio inputs on the rear and includes an audio adapter for connecting iPods, MP3 players and other digital devices devices are not recharged or controlled while connected. It also includes a waterproof wired remote and will receive VHF weatherband channels.

This unit is a marine stereo because it has plasticoted circuit boards to protect against corrosion in a humid and/or salt air environment and also is made of UV resistant materials. It is not waterproof, however so if you think it will get splashed or rained on you should use a cover to protect it.
