Full enclosure protects complete stereo chassis from the marine environment. Gimbal bracket allows easy mount in or under an electronics box on the dash at the helm station. The system allows venting of the stereo amplifier heat sinks without exposing the chassis so the unit will not overheat even though it is protected from the exposure to the elements.

Designed to fit Poly-Planar MRD60 stereo, but also fits many other DIN sized, post-mount, and removable stereos. With other stereos the installation may require some trim not included to look perfectly flush. Stereos with a large faceplate may overlap the edges and be difficult to secure to the enclosure.

For stereos that are water resistant only that may get in the way of splash or rain, we recommend the WC-400 or SEAGIM3 instead since they include the flip down splash cover so the face plate of the stereo will be protected.

NOTE: This unit will NOT work with the WC3 splash cover. The holes will not line up properly.
